When you write in about a bug, include your device (for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8), whether you are on iPhone or Android, and what you tapped right before it happened. Screenshots help a lot.
Common questions
Where do I download the app?
Edible Finance is free to download on the App Store for iPhone. Android is coming soon; join the waitlist on the home page to hear first. The whole learning path is free with ads. Your progress syncs across devices when you sign in with the same account.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google, not by us. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for. Refund requests also go through Apple or Google, since they hold the payment.
I paid for Plus but the app still shows ads.
Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen in the app and we will email you a reset link. The link opens in your browser and lets you set a new password. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then try again or email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the account menu and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently removes your profile, progress, and streak data. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription; do that in Apple or Google settings as described above.
A lesson is wrong or out of date.
